The quick skimming of pyrolysis processing:

 1. feeding the raw materails by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and qhole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 60 tons push power, the process is very stable and convenient.  thus can achieve continuous producting.

 2. the whole tyre and plastics will be heating in the pyrolysis processing.  the materials of reactor is Q245R boiler steel, which has the features of high pressure resistant. the thichness is 16mm. can bear 20-25Pa pressure.

 3. you will get oil and accessory like carbon black, steel wire.( the price of carbon black  in our country is 400-500  RMB/ton, when make further processing, the price will be reach to 4000 RMB/ton )

 

 

Our forth generation has 11 systems, there are 3 systems aimed at the environment protection. They are: tail gas recovery system

                                         Dedusting system

1. The tail gas recovery system: it includes anti-back fire device, gas gun, pipeline and valve. The specific functions of anti-back fire device are: make the gas to reach the physical and chemical standard, filtrates the gas, anti-back fire. Special design about waste gas recycling system can reuse the gas which is below C4 and H2 to heat reactor as fuels, not only saving energy, but also protecting the environment.

2. auto-slagging system: it includes inner spiral plate, stainless steel screw and flanch, slag door, slag poor, mud pump, spiral conveyor and bucket elevator. The forth generation machine has dust proof slag door which can avoid carbon black flying, cause environment pollution.

3. Dedusting system: it includes water jet flue, desulfurization dust remover, draught fan, remover tank, chimney and circulating pool. The dust remover can press alkaline water into high-pressure nozzles by water pump, and alkaline water neutralizes acidic materials from black smoke which produced by fuels heating reactor. The water in dust remover is recycling, only need to add but no need to discharge.

 

In addition, the inner of thermal insulating layer of forth generation is Aluminum silicate rock wool. The sealing between oil-out and catalytic chamber is graphite packing, the higher temperature, the better sealing effect which can prevent the sharp flavor escaping from reactor when pyrolysis materials, thus protecting environment.
